1) Exclusive for Ticket Buyers Only

• This link is only valid for the email you used to purchase your MapleStory Fest 2026 tickets, the same Nexon account email you used for the ticket purchase.
• If you purchased multiple tickets under one email, the primary buyer must place the single consolidated order for the entire group. Do not forward or share this login with anyone else. Sharing access outside your ticket group may result in order cancellation.

2) Consolidated Order & Quantity Limits

• Single Order Limit: Only 1 consolidated order can be placed per Nexon account email.
• Scaled Item Limits:
  Your item purchase limit is two units per ticket purchased under your email. Each item is capped at up to two units per ticket. For example, if you purchased three tickets, you may purchase up to six plushies, six lamps, six pins, and so on, all within your single consolidated order.
• Please coordinate with your group members beforehand to collect everyone's item choices for your single consolidated order.

3) Pre-Order Sales Window & Payment:

• Pre-Order Window: Opens August 14 at 4:00 PM PT and closes August 21 at 5:00 PM PT.
• Payment Timeline: Your payment details will be securely saved at checkout. Full payment will be automatically collected two weeks before the event (October 3, 2026).

4) On-Site Pickup & No-Show Policy: 

• On-Site Pickup: All pre-orders must be collected at the Official Merch Booth on Saturday, October 17, 2026. Please bring your Order Confirmation email.
• No Cancellation Policy: All sales are final. Pre-orders cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once submitted.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not pick up your items at the booth on October 17, your order will be cancelled.
