• This link is only valid for the email you used to purchase your Maple Con LA 2025 tickets on Tixr, the same email where you're receiving this announcement. 
• If you purchased more than one ticket, you may share this login only with the friends whose tickets were purchased under your email.

2) Order limit = number of tickets purchased 

• You can place one order per ticket purchased under this email. 
• Each order can include only 1 of each item. 
• Example: If you purchased 3 tickets, you could place 3 separate orders (one for each person) Each order can be shipped to a different address. 
• Coordinate with your group tied to your order to use the same login info. 

3) Shipping: 

• Shipping will be covered by Nexon 
• Orders can only be shipped within the Continental US excluding Hawaii and Alaska. 

4) Pre-order period:  

• Opens: Friday, Nov 7 at 11AM PT 
• Closes: Wednesday, Nov 12 at 11PM PT
